Are other scents available?

Yes. We have selected 10 core scents, and every candle can also be made fragrance free, however, we can access hundreds of different scents. To request a custom order with an alternate fragrance not listed on the website, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can I return a product or get a refund?

As each candle is custom made for your order, you can only return a candle, get a refund or store credit, if the candle you ordered was damaged intransit, and we are very careful with how we pack our orders to make sure the products you order will travel safely. If you need to discuss any issues with the stock you receive, please get in touch. Any issues with order need to be notified to us within 5 days of receiving the delivery.
How long will it take to get my delivery?

Candles are custom made to fill each order and delivery for small quanities would normally be 1-2 weeks. If you would like larger quantities, or need your candle(s) by a specific day, please get in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Do you do bulk and/or custom orders?

Yes. We can do custom bulk orders of the candles on the website, or create a custom candle with alternative designs and/or fragrances. If you have a wedding, corporate event, or any special occassion coming up, where you'd like candles to create the desired ambience, or to give as unique gifts, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
