Our delivery methods are designed to deliver your orders safely and efficiently, while our packaging is carefully chosen to protect the quality of your candles. We also provide transparent pricing to provide you with a clear understanding of the expenses involved.


If, for any reason, a candle is damaged when you received it, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products(s), to discuss a refund/return or exchange.

 

Our goal is to make sure you feel confident shopping with us and that you have a positive experience with Light My Wick Custom Candles. However, as orders are custom made based on your selections there are no refunds for a change of mind about a purchase, so please make sure you are completely happy with your purchase before placing an order.
